Polyfoam Australia Pty Ltd head office is based in Melbourne, Victoria. We are 100% Australian Owned and our products are manufactured right here in Australia. Polyfoam’s core business is manufacturing expanded polystyrene packaging for produce, seafood, medical, food and transport industries and many specialty packaging and insulating products.
Polyfoam has established itself as one of the premier converters of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) in Australia, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to growth, quality, and sustainability. With a history of continual expansion, we have diversified our product range to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers, while simultaneously extending our reach by establishing operations in key locations across the country. The Polyfoam Group proudly operates state-of-the-art facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Hobart, with strategic joint venture operations in Adelaide.

By participating in our take-back programs and utilising our recycling resources, customers can feel confident that their expanded polystyrene, (also known as styrofoam) products will be managed sustainably at the end of their life, reducing the environmental impact and promoting a more circular economy where materials like polystyrene foam are not seen as waste, but as valuable resources to be recovered and transformed into new products.
