Polywall ICF Systems
POLYWALL® ICF (Insulating Concrete Forms) systems provide a fast, strong, economical and environmentally-friendly method of building multi-level houses, retaining walls, fences, swimming pools, or any other structure that requires strong, reinforced concrete walls.
A POLYWALL® ICF structure consists of expanded polystyrene panels and reinforced concrete. POLYWALL® is erected on site, and can be filled with concrete to a height of three metres in a single pour when used with the correct bracing and pouring technique.

Poly Underfoot® Hydronic Heating
The Poly Underfoot® panel is made from expanded polystyrene combined with a High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) film, which is added in the final stages of the moulding process. Along with its fantastic insulating properties, Poly Underfoot® is a light, yet durable product which holds hydronic piping in place over existing base flooring.
Each Poly Underfoot® panel interlocks with its neighbour, giving a seamless finish and a strong base to start your project. A self-levelling concrete screed is then laid over the panel and pipe. Climate control is achieved by circulating heated or cooled water through the piping to help maintain a consistently comfortable environment.
Poly Underfoot® is not visible once installed, does not use up valuable wall space, and is particularly effective in public areas as there are no exposed or sharp surfaces which can be unattractive or dangerous.

Waffle Pods
Waffle Pods are a lightweight yet strong void former for concrete slabs. They aid in the speed of construction, reducing its cost as less concrete is required during a pour. The natural air pockets in the Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) of the pods also increases insulation and absorbs movement in reactive soils. Waffle Pods are designed for residential, commercial and industrial markets.
EIFS
Exterior insulation and finishing system or Rendered Panel is a type of exterior wall cladding that provides exterior walls with an insulated finished surface and waterproofing using an integrated composite material system. Although often referred to as synthetic stucco, EIFS is not stucco. Traditional stucco is a non-insulating material consisting of aggregate, a binder, and water. This is a hard, dense, thick, non-insulating material. EIFS is a lightweight synthetic wall cladding that includes foam plastic insulation and thin synthetic coatings.
