Polyfoam has a well established injection moulding plant with over 40 years of in-house experience. We can arrange to build tooling on your behalf, including tool trials and supply of off-tool samples. Polyfoam can also supply injection moulded plastic components in machines from 40 tonnes to over 500 tonnes on a continuous production basis. Polyfoam retained all of the Unity Plastics tooling and are able to supply components from this tooling. We presently mould plastic components for the following industries:
