Our products are made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS).  This product is economical, clean and hygienic, and totally safe for food contact use.  It has superior insulation qualities, and resists sudden temperature changes.  It is also ideal for hydro-cooling. 

Despite being lightweight, EPS has the strength to prevent pallet sag.  It is water resistant, as well as being recyclable and CFC free. 

A selection of our products also meets Australia’s ‘Seafood Air Transport Regulations’, so if you are exporting using Polyfoam products, you can rest assured that your produce will arrive fresh and intact.

These products are not limited to only growers and farmers – caterers, pharmaceutical companies, packaging suppliers and even chocolatiers and cheese makers are all customers of Polyfoam, utilising this range.
